Our client imports, exports, and distributes high-quality seafood products to various countries worldwide.
They are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join their team within the cold store operations division.
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the secure and efficient loading and offloading of seafood products from and into the cold store, strictly according to company instructions, without compromising food safety, product quality, or company standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling products with care, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and following all food safety regulations at all times.
Attention to detail is essential to ensure accurate stock handling and to prevent damages or losses.
Candidates must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and consistently meet deadlines.
Applicants must demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills, along with honesty, integrity, and reliability.
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, be self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
A willingness to learn, adapt to change, and embrace new systems is essential. The ability to perform well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively is also required.
