ADMIN ASSISTANTS x8 – FULL TIME OPPORTUNITIES

We are currently seeking eight motivated and detail-oriented Admin Assistants to join our dynamic team based in Kempton Park. This is a full-time opportunity suited for individuals who are eager to build their careers in a professional office environment. As an Admin Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by providing essential administrative and clerical support to various departments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Successful candidates will be responsible for a range of administrative duties including managing documents, capturing data, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized filing systems. You will also assist with scheduling meetings, answering calls, and supporting team members with general office tasks. Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to multitask will be critical in this role. A positive attitude and willingness to learn will set you apart.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must have a Grade 12 (Matric) qualification. Basic computer literacy is essential, including familiarity with common office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and email platforms. Prior administrative experience is advantageous but not mandatory, as training will be provided. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, organized, and able to work well both independently and within a team.
