Kitchen Assistant Needed – Honeybun

Location: Observatory, Southern Suburbs

Honeybun is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our growing team at our Observatory branch in the Southern Suburbs.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working in a kitchen environment and contributing to a positive, fast-paced workplace.
We are looking for an individual who is punctual, reliable, disciplined, and hardworking.

The successful candidate must be able to work well under pressure, follow instructions carefully, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.

As part of the kitchen team, you will assist with food preparation, basic cooking tasks, cleaning of kitchen equipment, washing dishes, and ensuring that the kitchen area remains neat, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

Teamwork is very important at Honeybun, so the ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, be willing to help others, and be open to learning new skills.

Good communication skills are essential to ensure smooth daily operations and to support fellow team members.

Previous kitchen experience will be an advantage, but it is not a strict requirement, as training will be provided to the right candidate who shows commitment and a strong work ethic.

Applicants must reside in or close to Observatory, as reliability and the ability to arrive on time for shifts are critical.

This role may involve working flexible hours, including weekends and busy periods.
