La Parada is currently hiring passionate and energetic individuals to join our vibrant team.
We are looking for Waiters, General Assistants, and Barmen who are enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
Waiters will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Ideal candidates should have good communication skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
General Assistants will support daily restaurant operations, including cleaning, assisting with food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and helping the team wherever needed.
A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential for this role.
Barmen will prepare and serve beverages, maintain the bar area, manage stock, and provide exceptional service to guests.
Previous bar experience and knowledge of cocktails will be advantageous.
