    About the Role:

    As a General Packer, you will play a key part in the day-to-day operations of our business. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Sorting, packing, and labelling fresh fruit and vegetables

    • Assisting with loading and unloading of goods

    This is an early morning role with shifts starting at 4:00 AM and finishing at 12:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Punctuality and consistency are essential.

    Requirements:

    To be successful in this role, you must:

    • Have your own transport (Epping Market is not easily accessible via public transport during early morning hours)
    • Live locally – applicants from the surrounding suburbs of Epping Market are preferred
    • Be physically fit and capable of lifting boxes and working on your feet
    • Be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
    • Have good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
    • Previous experience in a packing or warehouse role is a bonus but not essential – training will be provided for the right candidate
