CASUAL PACKING STAFF NEEDED (AD HOC)
We’re looking for reliable and motivated casual packing staff to support our production team during periods of fluctuating demand.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are flexible, hardworking, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment.
As part of the production support team, your duties will include carrying out visual checks on products to ensure quality standards are met, packing products in specified quantities or according to weight requirements, and trimming products where necessary.
You will also be required to complete basic paperwork as instructed by the Shift Leader, accurately record scrap, and report any non-conformances or faults to the Quality Controller.
Attention to detail is essential, as quality and accuracy are key parts of this role.
To be successful, you should be able to work quickly and accurately while maintaining a high standard of work.
You must be willing to work shifts at short notice, as this is an ad hoc, as-needed position.
Being a team player who is punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions is very important.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude will help you fit right in with the team.
