As a Lead Generation Agent, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients, identifying business opportunities, and supporting the sales pipeline through effective communication and relationship-building.

You’ll represent the IconAF brand with confidence and professionalism while working in a fast-paced, performance-driven team.


Requirements:


Grade 12: No prior work experience required – we welcome fresh talent!
Grade 11: Previous customer service experience is required (for example, retail or call centre experience).


Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Age range: 18–35 years.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
